MINUTES
Members Present: Chair Lohny Fredrick, Supervisors Todd Wilson and
LeRoy Tietz, Clerk Deborah Behl Joining at 8:30 pm was Treasurer
Jon Schoenike.
Pledge: The Pledge of Allegiance was recited.
Public Notice: Clerk reported that agendas were posted on June 18,
2010.
Public Comment: None at this time.
Preview Agenda: Added to the agenda were: Farmers Market, proposed
Community Center, NIMS training for elected officials. Agenda
approved by consensus.
Minutes & Treasurer’s Report: MOTION: (Fredrick, Tietz): To dispense
with the minutes and Treasurer’s Report. Carried on voice vote.
Operator’s License Renewals: MOTION (Tietz, Wilson): To approve
Operator’s License Renewals for the term of one year from July 1, 2010
through June 30, 2100 for the following people:

B combination license to sell fermented malt beverages and
intoxicating liquors for consumption at the premises for the term of
one year from July 1, 2010 through June 30, 2100 for:

R16E

Class B License: MOTION (Fredrick, Tietz): To approve a Retail Class
B combination license to sell fermented malt beverages and
intoxicating liquors for consumption at the premises for the term of

Cigarette Licenses: MOTION (Fredrick, Wilson): To layover to July 1,
2010 Board Meeting
the cigarette license application to sell cigarettes in vending
machines for Paul M. DeAngelis, Jr. for Roadhouse Gentlemen’s Club
N866 County Road R, Watertown, Section 29, T9N R16E. Carried on voice
vote without negative votes.
MOTION (Fredrick, Wilson): To approve Retail Cigarette Licenses to
sell cigarettes/tobacco over the counter for the term of one year from
July 1, 2010 through June 30, 2100 for the following:
R-Station, LLC. N894 County Road R, Watertown, Section 29, T9N R16E
Lebanon Sport Haus, LLC N1749 County Road R, Lebanon, Section 8
T9NR16E Universal Cooperative Association - N1754 County Road R,
Lebanon Sec 8 T9NR16E
Mobile Home Park License: The license renewal for Hidden Meadows
mobile home park was laid over to the July 1, 2010 meeting.
Weed Notices: Lohny, as weed commissioner, will sign official notices
and have them posted.
Board Member Reports:
- Farmer’s Market: Starting a new Farmer’s Market at St. Peters
Church “Bank” property in Lebanon on Wednesdays 3:00-7:00 pm. No
objections and no license required at this time.
- Community Center: St. Peters Church is also suggesting an informal
community center to be at that location as well. No objections from
the Board.
- Chair gave updates on county hearing regarding proposed 2030
Comprehensive Plan change, the park cell phone tower, and a meeting he
attended on Ashippun emergency radio tower.
- NIMS training for elected officials. Table to next meeting.
