JULY BOARD MINUTES
1. Lebanon Town Board met on Wednesday, July 8, 2009, for the Monthly
Board Meeting, at 7:30 o’clock P.M. at the Town Offices, Lebanon.
Present were the Chairman, Lohny Fredrick, who called the meeting to
order, the Supervisors, Todd Wilson and LeRoy Tietz, Clerk Dorothy
Kuehl and Treasurer Jon Schoenike.
2. Pledge of Allegiance was led by the Chairman.
3. The Clerk verified the posting of the agenda on Thursday July 2,
2009, at the Lebanon Town Offices, Lebanon Post Office, Recycling
Center, Universal Co-op and R-Station. Also faxed to the Daily
Times.
4. The Chairman previewed the agenda and had nothing to add. Todd
Wilson moved #9 Sanitary District #2 to next meeting. No public
input.
5. MOTION WAS MADE BY WILSON AND SECOND BY TIETZ TO APPROVE THE
MINUTES FOR JUNE MEETING AS MAILED. M. C.
6. The Treasurer read the Treasurer’s report. MOTION WAS MADE BY
TIETZ AND SECOND BY WILSON TO ACCEPT THE TREASURER’S REPORT AS READ.

7. The police report was received and the dog issue was discussed.
Brent reported the damage done at Trechel Park.
8. a. Land Division Officer had reported to the Chairman that there
were no planning issues. There next meeting will be July 28th, the
Board may meet with the Committee, but would prefer an August date.
9. Hold Hidden Meadows Sanitary District #2 until next meeting.
10. Highway Superintendent Brent Boyd gave his report. Brent had a
driveway permit for Norm Eggers. Board discussed it and decided to
hold. MOTION WAS MADE BY FREDRICK AND SECOND BY WILSON TO HOLD THE
DRIVEWAY PERMIT FOR NORM & JUDITH EGGERT PENDING THE CSM APPROVAL. M.
C. Monroe Road is opened again and discussed flooding in general.
The FEMA forms from the State need to be signed. Fredrick signed them
and we should get 12% from the State. The salt bid is back form the
State at $62.00 per ton. Seal coating and crack filling is to be done
yet. Brent checked the culvert David Lauersdorf talked about. Boyd
contacted the Ashippun Town Board as did Fredrick. The County will be
changing the sign for Harnischfeger Park.
11. The Board reviewed the police reports from the operators
licenses. MOTION WAS MADE BY FREDRICK AND SECOND BY TIETZ TO APPROVE
THE RENEWAL OPERATORS LICENSE FOR KURT KEMNITZ, EDWARD ZUBKE, AND
SHIRLEY A. ZUBKE. M. C.
12. Resolution L-09-G, Revised Code of Ordinance Fees was reviewed.
MOTION WAS MADE BY FREDRICK AND SECOND BY WILSON TO APPROVE L-09-G
REVISED ORDINANCE FEES AS PER ATTACHED. M. C.
14. The Park Committee meeting was reported on by Brent Boyd. The
finish work on the shelter is being worked on. The fund raising will
be held thru the picnic. The water test has now been OK-ed by the
State. The Board also reviewed the concession stand report.

16. Board discussed the funds received from FEMA for the Fire
Department’s work on the flooding. The Board also discussed the side
curtains for the shelter and decided that they be left for another
time.
13. The Board discussed Resolution L-09-H, Transfer of funds and
addition to the 2009 Budget, regarding the Park Improvements. MOTION
WAS MADE BY FREDRICK AND SECOND BY WILSON TO ADD TO THE 2009 BUDGET
AND TRANSFER FUNDS AS PER ATTACHED. M C.
15. The Board reviewed the bills for July. MOTION WAS MADE BY
FREDRICK AND SECOND BY TIETZ TO APPROVE THE BILLS FOR JULY AS
PRESENTED. M. C.
14. MOTION WAS MADE BY TIETZ AND SECOND BY FREDRICK TO ADJOURN THE
MEETING AT 10:40 P.M. M. C.
